This was a nice kitchen, but closed to the family room.

A 1930’s home, the owners remodeled in the 70’s. Storage seemed to be their main focus. 20 years later, they remodeled again.

This home was originally the premier home in an exclusive neighborhood. Outdated, it was ready for HGTV...

and  was changed dramatically!

Let’s start with small talk.

What were we thinking in the 70’s?

Not a bad layout - just outdated and typical.

The best advice I have is...

“Get it right the Second time!”

If it is safe for some to say new countertops will help sell your house, history tells me a project well done will sell your house.

Over 50 percent of the projects I’ve built are still owned by the original clients. The clients who did sell - sold quickly, even in terrible markets and usually got the asking price or more.

We’ve all seen projects that have missed the mark. What happens then? The homeowners either live in it, they move, or they remodel again.

That’s great for remodelers and realtors - but is it good for you?

When you remodel, take your time and...

“Get it right the Second time.”

“Gotta love problems”

Every project or product I work on starts with a problem.  The discovery process can unfold creative solutions that you never dreamed  possible.  I truly look to avoid problems, however when they arrive, I embrace them as an opportunity.

In the end I will get judged by how well I solved your problem.

I think of myself as a creative problem solver although designer has a better ring to it!.
