Challenge: Remodeling the existing limited space was fraught with major infrastructure costs. But the husband was willing to give up the laundry space, with the idea that he would build a new laundry room with a mud room after the proposed project was complete. With the triplets now four years old, we thought there might be a better solution.

Solution: Build the new space in the existing dining room. It had 10' ceilings, plumbing walls available, and according to the customer, wasn't really used much anyway.
